GTL Home Inspections

I am a retired Army Special Forces soldier, and the mission of Special Forces involved a lot of self sustainment which led to me being trained on electricity, construction, and plumbing. I retired from the Army in 2014 and finished my college education earning a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science with the goal of finding employment in the Forestry Department. This turned out to be much more difficult than I had anticipated because of location. I decided that I needed to change my focus.  My wife and I have always been active in the building trades: construction, plumbing, and electrical, so we thought working in that type of industry was a good fit.  She became a real estate agent and is also an appraiser trainee, and I became a licensed home inspector.

A home inspection can detect structural problems,  safety issues, and help budget out future repairs.  They are also a great negotiating tool,  will give buyers peace of mind and COULD save you money.  

  I aim to deliver the most detailed, photo rich, accurate and understandable reports.
